At Ozzy & Lola, we know your pet is eagerly waiting for their new gear! That’s why we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

1. Shipping Information

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

• Domestic Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery in 3 to 5 business days.

• International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7 to 15 business days (depending on the destination country).

Note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or holidays. Custom duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be 100% happy! If for any reason the product isn’t what you expected, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

• Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached (especially for bandanas, hoodies, and collars due to hygiene standards).

• Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on treats or personalized items.

3. Exchanges
