• Are your products pet-safe? Absolutely! All our materials—from our ceramic bowls to our hoodie fabrics—are carefully selected for durability and pet safety.

Products & Sizing

• How do I know which size to pick for my dog? Every product includes a size chart in its description. We recommend measuring your pet’s neck and chest with a flexible tape measure, leaving a two-finger gap for comfort.

• Are the ceramic bowls dishwasher safe? Yes! Our patterned ceramic bowls are both dishwasher and microwave safe.

• How should I wash bandanas and hoodies? To keep the prints vibrant, we recommend hand washing with mild soap or using a delicate cold-water cycle in the machine.

Shipping & Orders

• Where do you ship? We ship nationwide across the USA (3-5 business days) and internationally (7-15 business days).

• Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit my pet? Of course! You have 30 days for exchanges or returns, provided the item is unused and has its original tags attached for hygiene reasons.
